These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.snoke.ch (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”).

By purchasing our products, you agree to these T&Cs.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A purchase contract is formed when you place an order and receive a confirmation email from us.



4. Prices & Payment



All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Depending on the delivery country, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply (to be covered by the buyer).

Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and other options available at checkout.

We reserve the right to ship orders only after payment has been received.



5. Shipping & Delivery



We ship from Switzerland within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post or comparable providers.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

International shipping is available – delivery times vary by destination.



6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal



Returns are accepted only for unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Customized or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

7. Warranty



If your item has a production defect, you may request a replacement.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and include photos of the issue.



8. Retention of Ownership



All goods remain our property until full payment is received.

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our products.

We accept no responsibility for delays caused by third parties (e.g. shipping carriers, customs).



10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction



Swiss law shall apply.
